All Candy Diamonds pieces are handcrafted in Italy and made to order unless otherwise specified. Slight variations in color, shape or finish may occur due to the artisanal nature of our jewelry — that’s what makes each piece unique.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Standard production time: 7–10 business days
Shipping time varies depending on destination (see Shipping & Returns)
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payments via credit card and other available Shopify payment methods.
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.
Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and condition.
